The AWLS Hybrid course is an exciting new format for us. Following completion of Online Modules to cover the didactic portion of the AWLS curriculum, students will meet in person for the practical skills component. Following an opportunity to review questions from the modules, we will dive into practical skills and wilderness victim scenarios. This means the two days on the coast will be spent almost entirely outside doing hands-on practical skills.
